1. How long does shipping take?

We recommend that you check with Australia Post here for the most up to date delivery time frame information. We ship all orders within 2 business days from the postcode 4157.

2. Can you help me find a product from one of the brands you stock?

Of course! If you are after a particular product from any of the brands we stock but can't find it, please Contact Us. We are more than happy to try our best to source it for you if we can.

4. What ages are the toys suitable for?

We have toys suitable for newborns right through to adults. The minimum age recommendation for every single product is written in the product description.

5. Do all of the toys meet Australian Standards?

All of the toys and products we stock at Toy Room meet and in most cases exceed all applicable Australian and relevant international toy safety standards. Non-toxic paints and lacquers are also used on all products.

The recommended age for each product should always be observed to ensure that it is deemed to be safe for the age of the child it is being purchased for. Toy Room accepts no liability for a toy that has been provided to a child younger than the recommended age for that particular product.

6. What payment methods do you accept?

We accept payment by debit card, credit card, PayPal, zipPay or Afterpay. We also accept AMEX payments made directly through our website.

7. Where are you located?

Our warehouse is located in sunny Brisbane! We don't have a shop though and this means that we can keep our prices low by operating as an online only business.

8. Where are the toys made?

All of the toys we stock are purchased from leading toy brands throughout the world. Each brand has manufacturing plants in different countries. If you require specific information regarding the origin of a brand, you can review this information on their global brand website or contact us directly for further information.
